• Personal Profile Data: Your legal Name, Email ID, Phone Number, Profile Picture, and Current Residential Address.
• Identity Verification Documents: Your government-issued identification data such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License. This is strictly used to verify your credentials.
• Real-Time Location Data: We collect precise location data even when the App is running in the background. This ensures we can instantly alert you to customer leads closest to your current position.
• Device and Technical Information: Your mobile device model, operating system (Android/iOS), IP address, and application usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is utilized solely to power the App's ecosystem and protect its users:

• Lead Matching: Utilizing your background location to show you real-time service requests in your immediate vicinity.
• Background Verification: Verifying your identity documents against official records to maintain platform trust.
• Service Coordination: Displaying your name, profile photo, and mobile number to the customer once a lead is accepted so they can coordinate the job directly with you.
• Platform Communications: Sending you critical system updates, notification alerts regarding new leads, and subscription expiry reminders.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party marketers. Your data is shared strictly under the following conditions:

• With App Customers: Your Name, Profile Photo, Contact Number, and Rating history are shared with the customer whose lead you accept.
• With Verification Providers: Your identity documents (Aadhaar/PAN) are shared with secure, certified third-party verification agencies for background checks.
• Legal and Law Enforcement: We will disclose your data if required to do so by the laws of India, or in response to a valid legal request from police or government authorities.

4. Background Location Permissions

• Continuous Tracking: Affitto requires continuous "Always Allow" location access. This allows our system to find customers near you even when your phone screen is locked or the App is closed in your pocket.
• User Control: You can disable location tracking through your phone settings at any time; however, doing so will immediately prevent you from receiving any new customer leads.

5. Data Security

• We implement industry-standard technical security measures (including data encryption) to protect your documentation and personal details from unauthorized access.
• Please note that no digital storage or transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, and while we strive for maximum protection, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Deletion and Account Removal

• You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can initiate this by using the "Delete Account" feature inside the App settings.
• Upon processing your account deletion request, your personal data will be permanently purged from our active databases, except for information we are legally obligated to retain for tax, accounting, or historical fraud investigation purposes.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. When significant structural changes are made, we will alert you via an in-app banner or push notification. Continued use of the App post-update implies your agreement to the revised terms.
