- Address and Location Data: Your precise home/site address and real-time GPS location tracking. This is strictly used to match and dispatch the nearest available service professional to your location.
- Booking and Transaction History: Information regarding the types of services you book, scheduling dates, booking frequencies, and job statuses.
- Technical Device Data: Your mobile device model, operating system (Android/iOS), IP address, unique device identifiers, and application usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to run our marketplace efficiently and ensure user safety:
- Service Fulfillment: Processing your booking requests and accurately routing them to local independent workers.
- Service Coordination: Sharing your Name, Contact Number, and Service Address with the specific worker who accepts your booking so they can reach your premises and communicate with you.
- Customer Support & Communications: Sending you booking confirmations, real-time updates on worker arrival, promotional offers, discounts, and safety alerts via push notifications or SMS.
- Platform Security: Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical bugs, fraudulent activities, or policy violations.

We maintain a strict policy against selling, renting, or trading your personal data with third-party marketing companies. Your information is shared only under the following conditions:
- With Service Providers (Workers): For operational purposes, your Name, Address, and Phone Number are shared exclusively with the registered worker assigned to your job.
- Legal and Law Enforcement: We may disclose your information if required to do so by the laws of India, or in compliance with a valid legal request from police, judicial courts, or government authorities.
4. Data Security
- We deploy industry-standard administrative and technical security protocols (including data encryption) to protect your personal details and location data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
- While we implement stringent security measures, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Deletion and Account Removal
- You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your data at any time. You can initiate this request by using the "Delete Account" option available inside the App settings.
